Uptown Farmers Market Update
At our Apr. 15 Annual Meeting, Farmers Market Committee Co-Chairs Dan Sutton and Jonathan Beck gave updates about the upcoming Uptown Farmers Market. They’ve led a process with many area neighborhood associations to re-envision the prior East Isles Farmers Market into a collaborative effort. Highlights below are detailed in the slideshow above.
The 2025 Uptown Farmers Market will be:
4 – 8 PM Thursdays, from June 12 – Sept. 25
located at Girard Plaza, beside Seven Points on W Lake St
30–40 vendors, including food producers and artisans
featuring local musicians in an ongoing program
hosting events like cooking demos, public art-making, and special activations with area businesses
promoted through bus posters, print/digital ads, merchandise, yard signs, and PR interviews
building community through food in the heart of Uptown
