Congratulations to the Uptown Farmers Market group, who won a $35,000 city grant for their 2026 market season! This grant helps fund a greater online presence, place-making projects (window clings, mural and arts), accessibility, and cross-promotion with Uptown businesses. EINA operates as fiscal agent for the market, which is driven by its own staff and a committee of 8 Uptown neighborhood associations.

And congrats to the Holidays On Hennepin group, who won a $40,000 city grant for another month-long event in 2026! Their grant helps fund a Project Coordinator, event passports, communications, and paid marketing. Lowry Hill Neighborhood Association is fiscal agent for Holidays On Hennepin, which has its own staff and driving group, supported by sponsors like EINA and other Uptown neighborhood associations.
